Please read the information below before ordering:
- We make single layer slings for padded sling furniture (does not include a pad).
- Plastic splines (rods) are included.
- Our quality sling is a single layer model, which has to be inserted into rails. We do not make slings that are double layer style (such as a pillowcase style sling chair, where the frame is covered by the sling).
- For measuring instructions, go to How to measure slings.
- IMPORTANT: A new sling will be very tight, this is because the fabric was made to stretch close to 1.5″ and to be able to hold weight for a long period of time without getting saggy quickly. Your old sling will be stretched out and wider than the new one. Please, try to install the slings when you receive them and follow our how to install slings instructions.
Before adding this item to the CART, make sure to MEASURE YOUR FURNITURE (see picture) and enter the measurements in inches in the provided text fields.

Absolute Patio Furniture is not responsible if the measurement you submit are incorrect for any reason. Please review our sling measuring guide carefully before measuring your slings. Be sure that your old sling is not baggy, sagging or loose and that the rails holding the sling material are secured tightly to the sling frame. DO NOT measure loose slings that have already been removed from the frame.
Absolute Patio Furniture does not recommend ordering replacement slings for furniture that is made with spreader bars or sling rails that are fixed or welded to the frame and cannot be removed or adjusted during the installation process. Slings ordered from Absolute Patio Furniture will be made too narrow for these types of furniture frames. Furniture frames with fixed or welded sling rails or spreader bars require specialty tooling and equipment to safely and correctly install replacement slings. Absolute Patio Furniture is not liable for ripped slings or damaged furniture if installation is attempted on furniture frames with fixed or welded sling rails or spreader bars.

All slings are single layer – not padded or double layered. We do not make slings for “pocket envelope” style, where slings are covered by the rail. We do not make slings with curved tops. We do not make slings for chairs with an hour glass shaped chair or chaise lounge.

Please select a spline size or you will receive a default spline size of ¼ inch that may not fit.
Sling orders will take approximately 2-3 weeks to ship out once order is received. During busy summer months, orders can take 3-4 weeks.

RETURN POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or credits will be made as sling colors may look different than what is viewed online. If you are unsure of your fabric choice, please request a sample prior to ordering. No refunds or credit will be issued if slings were ordered incorrectly due to incorrect measurements. No refunds will be issued if you can not install the slings. Please view our 'how to install slings' videos.
All return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving slings.
If there is an issue with the sling order, email us directly at quotes@absolutepowdercoat.com, include your order number and explain the issue with photos.
Any approved returns must have a return authorization issued by us and any approved return must be mailed to our factory with the return authorization included in your package. All shipping costs will be be the customer’s responsibility. We will not be responsible for lost packages and recommend that all packages be sent with tracking.
If a sling was made incorrectly, we will double check the order and ask you to ship back the slings and we will be responsible for the shipping. If you need assistance with the installation, please view the 'how to install' videos and email us for additional help.
