ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or credits will be made as sling colors may look different than what is viewed online. If you are unsure of your fabric choice, please request a sample prior to ordering. No refunds or credit will be issued if slings were ordered incorrectly due to incorrect measurements. No refunds will be issued if you can not install the slings. Please view our ‘how to install slings’ videos.

All return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving slings.

If there is an issue with the sling order, email us directly at, include your order number and explain the issue with photos.

Any approved returns must have a return authorization issued by us and any approved return must be mailed to our factory with the return authorization included in your package. All shipping costs will be be the customer’s responsibility. We will not be responsible for lost packages and recommend that all packages be sent with tracking.

If a sling was made incorrectly, we will double check the order and ask you to ship back the slings and we will be responsible for the shipping. If you need assistance with the installation, please view the ‘how to install’ videos and email us for additional help.
